I like the idea behind the top one, because it feels like a spotlight shining down on the microphone, but I feel like the circular one just visually looks more pleasing. I'd try to really play around with the font though, put it in different places around the logo and different sizes and see what works best
I agree with Jason. I'm leaning more toward the top version because it also looks like a slice of pizza, and the double meaning is always a fun way to go. I would try a few different font choices though and see how they work.
